OCPP Gateways enable monitoring and control of electric vehicle (EV) chargers based on Open Charging Point Protocol (OCPP) 1.6. This device facilitates the management of charging points in Modbus-based Building Management Systems (BMS).
It allows the Modbus-based control system or device to access the OCPP signals and resources of electric vehicle chargers as if they were part of the same Modbus system and vice versa.
Intuitive to use, this tool provides a standard register map that simplifies the installation of OCPP chargers in Modbus TCP or RTU BMS systems.
The Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) is an open charge point protocol that allows communication between the charging point and the electric vehicle.
Intesis has designed this device in two versions:
The integration of the Intesis protocol translator gateway is done in a simple way, thanks to the free configuration tool Intesis Maps.
