SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Orders will be sent by the CORREOS company.

It depends on the destination to be delivered, it will have a price and delivery time:

SPAIN

  • PENINSULA: From 48 hours to 72 hours € 4.50
  • BALEARES, CEUTA AND MELILLA: From 48 hours to 72 hours € 4.50
  • CANARY ISLANDS: From 3 to 4 days € 12

EUROPE

  • EUROPEAN UNION: From 3 to 4 days € 15
  • REST: From 4 to 7 days € 25

Product return conditions:

To make a return you have to send us the products to be returned by post or courier to the following address that appears below.

Keep in mind that for the compost to be made, the products must be in perfect condition with the original packaging with which they arrived and with the seal intact if it had (bagged).

You have 14 business days to make the return.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return has been caused by an error on the part of the seller.

Once the material is received, after review by the Returns Department, the payment will be made in the same form of payment with which the order was made. In the case of Orders with Payment by Transfer, the client must send an email with the Bank Account number where to make the payment to clientes@eenergie-shop.es

Important:

Keep the proof of shipment together with the Expedition and Date of shipment:

  • eEnergie-Shop will not be responsible for any return that cannot be justified as sent and delivered to the return address indicated in the Returns policy and to the attention of the indicated person.
  • eEnergie-Shop will not be responsible or liable for any Loss by the Agency.
